• Positive Displacement

Our positive displacement range of contactless blowers is used to provide high flows at pressures of up to 1.2 bar g continuously and 50 or 60% vacuum loading applications. They are very tolerant of difficult operating environments and can survive better than other designs, should particle ingress occur. The low frequency noise produced is more acceptable in the environment and is easier to reduce by the use of ancillaries or enclosures if necessary. The use of oil lubrication in most areas of these machines means that maintenance time and costs remain attractively low.

  • Rotary Vane

With flows at up to 1600 m³/hr and vacuums up to 95%, oil-lubricated, rotary vane compressors/blowers are efficient machine designs incorporating reciprocating vanes in an offset revolving rotor within a cylindrical compression chamber. The vanes move in and out of the rotor slots as it turns, compressing segments of air as they follow the contours of the chamber. Any wear is taken up by the vane sliding further out of the slot, maintaining efficiency over time.

  • Liquid Ring

With flows of up to 3100 m3/hr (1825 cfm) at 400 mbar absolute, the Gardner Denver Wittig Aqualine liquid-ring compressor/vacuum pumps offer a superior design, very low noise and wide flow range in the market.  Designed for large volume sludge suction and combined suction/jetting units the Gardner Denver Wittig Aqualine range quietly proves its quality, day after day.
