Helical Gear – Mercury 3
Gardner Denver Drum helical gear, internal bush bearing vacuum pumps provide a flexible, low cost, low maintenance method of discharging a broad range of liquid types and viscosity levels. Flow rates of up to 835 l/min and pressures of up to 7 bar mean that general purpose vehicles can be used to deliver viscosities ranging from diesel to bitumen and under difficult discharge conditions.
Tri Lobe
Gardner Denver Drum provides tri-lobe cargo pumps for operating in most mobile liquid industries; a range of pumps are available for discharging a wide range of liquids from road tankers including foods, corrosives and hydrocarbons. Lobe pumps are easy to maintain and excellent for delivering a wide range of liquid types and viscosities. Discharging at pressures of up to 12 bar, pumping is the best method for use in challenging delivery applications and where load integrity must be carefully controlled.
Pluto 3
Drum precision, internal bearing, positive displacement, lobe type cargo pump specifically designed for the loading and discharge of hydrocarbon (oil) type products (non-flammable, with lubricating properties) in the oil, fuel and lubrication industries. Maximum flowrate: 985 l/min (260 USG/min); maximum pressure: 7 bar (101.5 psi).
STP125
Drum stainless steel pump specifically designed for the transfer of food-grade products from tank trailers. The new seal design offers the option of a double lip, mechanical seal or a 3A-approved O-ring seal. Maximum flowrate: 1061 l/min (280 USG/min); maximum pressure: 10 bar (145 psi).
STP20
Drum rotary lobe pump specifically designed for safe and quick unloading of tank trailers and containers. Its design is ideal for the transfer of both foodstuffs and chemicals across a wide viscosity range. Maximum flowrate: 1050 l/min (277 USG/min); maximum pressure: 11 bar (160 psi).
SSP Series S
SSP rotary pumps are designed to be used for industrial/land-based deliveries of food stuffs and chemicals across a wide viscosity range. Maximum flowrate: 1765 l/min (388 USG/min); maximum pressure: 20 bar (290 psi).
